Paul and I met in 2006 through an internet dating site. Yup, it's true. I had never even considered doing that kind of thing, so I kind of think our meeting was fate. Paul had, but hadn't met that someone yet. We had chatted by email for a few months before we actually met. Our first date was watching his daughter Ashley march in a parade, in the freezing rain. We then went for coffee and talked for a long time. He told me, "I'm a heck of a guy.". That, and many other things really tickled me. As I started for home, in the fog, from West Bend, I got a bit lost from the get go. Paul sped after me in his car to aim me back home. I knew he was really special from the start.
We have been together ever since. We have a fun and really loving relationship. I never thought I would find the right guy, or even consider marrying again. We traveled a long way to find each other. We deeply care for one another. He makes me feel like the luckiest woman on the planet. I cherish every day with him. Paul shows me that anything is possible. I see us living happily ever after.
